Dear Friends,
We the Directors of the Landreth Cemetery Trust have been planning for some time to hold a meeting to apprise family members and supporters about the current financial status of the Trust and to have an open discussion concerning the future direction of the cemetery. We have decided to have a meeting at 12 noon on June 9,2007 at the cemetery and invite everyone to attend if at all possible. We do not have addresses of all individuals that may have an interest in the cemetery and encourage you to forward this invitation to family members and others that may want to be involved. It has been recommended that we have a reunion get-together and have lunch while we are all assembled. We request that everyone bring a covered dish (or dishes) and we will have lunch while we are conducting our meeting. Grilled chicken and cold drinks will be provided so please plan accordingly. Also, you may want to bring lawn chairs in order to be more comfortable. The agenda will be as follows:
• Begin gathering at 11:30 AM
• Serve lunch at 12:00/History Presentation on Landreth Cemetery
• Financial report
• Open discussion about the future of Landreth Cemetery
• Need for additional directors
Should you be unable to attend but would like to make a contribution toward the upkeep of the cemetery please make your check payable to "Landreth Cemetery Trust" and mail it to Kenneth F.
